 OKAYS! I shall finally finally post a LJ post after my many days of only reading posts and not posting! 

post-exams activities have been really slacky but quite fun (: (i am referring to what i do at home of course!) i started watching quite a lot of dramas, and basically you-tubing and msning alot. most of the time, i actually don't know what i am doing. one thing is for sure, that is, i am SLACKING!!~ :D

yups, and today was kinda fun (: i attended the art workshop on puppet making, which ended up with us actually just using paper to make puppets, but it was fun still! i created quite a lot of kiddish but cute finger puppets which i dont mind playing with my little sister :P meanwhile, i realised that i am really quite bad at cutting small pieces of paper. the circles i draw end up having sharp edges and i always end up accidently cutting away some paper! i secretly scold myself for not having joined jumping clay D; the clay could jump! 

during gb, my drill deproved. ): and now we have this "must-do-a-lot-of-stuff" badge work! okay but i shall jia you with laura tomorrow and finish it, while waiting for our taiwan immersion briefing (:

okay time to watch jia hao yue yuan! YAY :D off!

anyways, exams are over! :D haha im kinda happy and relieved, but then again i shouldn't be so since i still have history ra and an extended essay of at least 2000 words to write D: but yes im blogging on LJ again! 

today after exams was quite fun (: i went for a sushi buffet with half of 315 heh heh and it was awesome! i realised i really have a big appetite cos i actually ate 

green seaweed, corn sushi, cucumber sushi, egg sushi, potato salad in beancurd, lotus chips, fried tofu, cold soba, fried potato, steamed egg 
and last but not least, desert which was moshi icecream (: 

okay which is actually quite alot, so it was worth it yum yum! and i should go for more buffets, cos i have the stamina to eat alot wahaha 
meanwhile, i have a whole list of FUN things to do after exam, but this happens to include unfun things such as packing my files, tidying my table (it's toppling over now ): ) and miscellaneous stuff
oh wells, at least most of my exams are over now! off to study history! 

i just had to post this! 

my little sister can be so funny sometimes XD

today, for her zuo wen homework, to show that the person was stammering, my little sister wrote this: 

”对对不不起起，老老师...
我我我...不是不是故故意要...
要这这样做做的。“　

and she wrote like this and covered up to 3 lines (due to the repetitions)

hahahaha i cant stop laughing cos it's really funny! my mother obviously was very shocked and angry at this so she showed it to me and asked me how can a p3 student write like that. and then i started laughing and laughing so hahahahah XD

i've never laughed so long for a long time now heh, even ridiculous things like this can make me laugh so much (X

i most likely wont post during this period D; though i would still be ocd-ly checking my friends page every now and then

anyway, here's a post just to reward maybe a rare few people out there who still cannot resist refreshing their friends page even though they are supposed to be studying (like me) 

- in here im supposed to type something that will keep you entertained, but im too drained out to do so /: think up of something i would most probably blog about or say in this entry yourself! like kachang puteh. -

k this is my second post of the day! a rare occurrence for a person like me who prefers to read lj posts instead of post them XP

anyway inet is really killing me! its like this labyrinth which we can never seem to get out of and it's so hard to find worksheets here and there. and when you find them, u realise there's so much to print D;

and i have just spent the last one and a half hours printing stuff from inet!!! (not that there's alot, it's just im terribly inefficient and happen to be stuck in the maze which is called inet) 

wished we had tablet pcs or something like that which we could bring to school D; then i could just view the documents in soft-copy and wouldn't have to waste so much paper >.<

i realise that i dread going on facebook because the only reason why i go is because someone tagged a photo of me or invites me to see an album. and then somehow i always manage to look unglam/ bleh/ awkward  >.< " 

and somehow nowaday's im getting so many email notifications about facebook! i disabled most of them already, but still they keep coming, and no matter how much i dont really like facebook (sorry to all those facebook fanatics out there!) i have no choice but to log on. p.s. which also explains why i dont add friends that quickly (whoopsies), i wait until a lot of people add me then i accept all at once :P

meanwhile, shirim performance yesterday was good! overall i guess, heh there was one line where my string got tangled up and i couldn't do the wheel so i did the normal swing swing thing instead XP but i hardly messed up this time round (except for the rehearsal), which is a first :D it feels good to have finished my first performance (:

lit pt PART ONE is over, and though i know i should be trying to do my homework now, im not and am slacking instead XP
somehow even though i slept really late yesterday im not sleepy now heh
ack but i anticipate this sept holidays to be really busy D;

i love love love listening to the radio (: well partly cos im listening to a song i like now and am feeling quite happy

anyway these two days have been well, really slack heh XP
i went out with my primary school friends yesterday and watched The Proposal (really funny go watch :D) and then had a barbecue and basically just bonded and relived our old primary school days (:
im really glad that even though we've been away for like 3 years and we're all from diff schools, we can still connect and have fun together and chat a lot
i miss primary school ): where it was all carefree and relaxing with hardly any homework

k nothing much to say now, so tune in to another FM! off! 

i realised i havent posted in a long time XP

time really passes so fast, i cant belive tmr teacher's day again! and it feels like last week when i just went back to my primary school :P

lately there's been a whole list of awesome movies airing in the cinemas, like Coco before Chanal (why must it be nc16! D;), The Proposal (heard it's nice (: ), Up!, as well as the one I' ve been anticipating for quite a while: The Time Traveler's Wife! :D
it was a pleasant surprise to find out that it's airing on 3rd september awesome shizzss (:

meanwhile, these few days have been total slack/ going out days, but im not going to mind too much cos it's the ending of the term (;! which is in itself a kinda good and bad thing hahah

i still can't believe that just after one day, bam! im one year older. everything doesn't exactly feel different. i still feel 14, still feel like a little person, still feel the same as i've always used to. i guess it only starts to sink in that you've grown older, matured and pretty much became a different person a little later. oh wells

anyways, i shall answer the 5 questions that elyssa gave me! they're going to be short answers cos i have to go out soon, but here goes: 

1. What is your favorite vegetable (since you're a vegetarian and all)?
Carrots! That's the only definitive answer I can give cos I used to like them a lot when I was young. But now, I have other favourite vegetables too: corn (those big ones on the cob), potato, cucumber etc.
2. If you have children, what would you name them and why?
Hard.... i mean your question! I guess it would pretty much depend on how many children i have and their gender i suppose. But I don't think I would give them a name right away, I think I would look at their faces and decide what their name should be. Afterall, some people are born to be called Sally or Mary or John or Harry!
3. Why did you join Levites?
Well, I don't exactly think I joined Levites, I think God put me in it. But I put it as one of my three choices because I quite liked the idea of worshiping God and being in a group that leads worship and sings praises.
4. What do you feel is the most important thing in your life right now and why?
LIFE, as an entirety in itself! But I think if you consider the most important, i would say God, though sometimes I tend to focus more on my studies, my friends, LJ, msn etc. :P
5. Are you ever going to grow your hair (long, that is)?
YES! I'm growing it long right now, just that im too lazy to tie it up. Or rather I don't exactly know how to, it's embarrassing i know, but i mean i've never had long hair in my entire life! But I do want to try. And not like go to JC then suddenly have long hair

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SINGAPORE!

It's surprising how for this year, everywhere I see the numbers 44, whereas for previous years, we didn't really see the numbers 42% off or 43% discount etc. Hais... but Im kinda bogged down by studying and stressed out since I haven't been doing much, trying in vain to find the movie Singapore Dreaming, yet ending up getting addicted to you tube and watch random videos related to it but don't really help.

Okay i FINALLY REALISED that the song that keeps on playing on 9.33 which my bus plays everyday in the morning is the Chinese NDP song! sung by kevin tan/chen wei lian

yes i know im kinda slow!
it's just that part of this song aired on 9.33fm every single day for a long time now, and i was a teensy irritated by it and wondering what song it was, the fact that my bus plays that fm every day didn't help. well okay now i know! 

ack and it's kinda stuck in my head now >.<

edit:  hahaha the original lyrics is 其实我们很像 and i always thought it was　这是我的想象! XD

a horrible habit this is, seeing that i've been continuously refreshing my friends page in a vain attempt to read someone's new post asap

not sure if anyone else is like that, but this is starting to become an OCD! (okay, not really)

meanwhile... CHINESE, though my mother tongue, always leave me tongue-tied for words D;
i have no idea how i am going to write my yan shen zuo ye, which i haven't started yet >.< 

there's just so much to do and so much to say,
but time has the habit of poofing it away

FINALLY for once i was quite productive this week, well at least i did some of my homework! 
the bad thing is that i have left all the pts undone, LITERALLY.
all the pts i have now are those that i have not even touched on aka BAD NEWS D;

but i shall still be thankful, i know that ultimately, God will make a way and I can do it! 
there's already been so many miracles performed for me, the most important thing i need to do is trust and work hard and i will OVERCOME :D

i went to watch the elds performance today at the arts house (: a lovely place, though the "theatre" was kinda small

anyway, i thought today was an awesome performance :D really loved the symetry a lot, cos i could observe 4 people all doing the same thing and it was really cool how u guys had the same timing and all (: the twist at the end was really good!

the other two performances were really good too, though i thought the Hamlet one could have done better, the scenes and music were slightly too choppy. meanwhile, i thoroughly enjoyed myself and i think i don't mind watching more of these performances again! :D

heh today were the gb interviews, i felt quite scared at first, but i soon got over it and feel it's okay

i think im not very good at interviews, but somehow i realise that interviews help because they question you on who you stand for as a person, and it made me think about what i think a leader really is, and what qualities they should embody

right now outside the window i see this lovely purplish-blueish pink streak outside the sky and it's really nice (: i like sunsets, not those that are so fiery and red, but those that have gentle soothing colours, they have this sense of assurance and quietness as they signal on the night ... i realised that the true essence of the beauty of nature is that it changes in the blink of an eye, yet every change is a miraculous, beautiful one :D

well as a side note, i've been surfing for the past hour for cool add-ons for my firefox browser, should start on my work soon, but i think add-ons are cool! (:
